Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of New Hampshire who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of New Hampshire Electric Co-op (NHEC) & NH Broadband (NHB), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The sweepstakes runs from December 1, 2025 through  December 15, 2025. Three winners will be selected on December 16, 2025.  All entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on December 15, 2025. Limit one (1) entry per household for the duration of the sweepstakes.

3. Winner Selection and Notification

On December 16, 2025, three eligible entries will be randomly selected by NHB in a drawing conducted at its sole and absolute discretion. Winners will be notified by phone and/or email within five (5) business days of selection. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected.

NHB retains sole and absolute discretion over the selection of winners.

4. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of NH Broadband, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this sweepstakes. NH Broadband reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entry deemed incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent.

Winners agree to allow NH Broadband to use their name, city, likeness, photos, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

NH Broadband is not responsible for:

  • Late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries
  • Technical failures of any kind
  • Unauthorized human intervention
  • Any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property resulting from participation in this sweepstakes or the installation/use of the prize

 6. Governing Law

This sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire
