In 2020, NH Broadband constructed our first fiber optic networks. Today, these networks are providing high-speed internet access to over 1,000 homes and businesses in four New Hampshire towns. These first networks were funded by a grant NHEC received from the Connecting NH – Emergency Broadband Expansion Program.
NH Broadband currently offers service in:
We know that access to high-speed internet is critical to our members and the vitality of the communities we serve. We are hard at work growing these networks and developing plans to meet the needs of all NHEC’s members. Lean more about our work here.
Growing To Meet Our Members' Needs
We are hard at work constructing our next two fiber optic networks, which will provide high-speed internet access to 1,800 homes and business in Sandwich and Acworth.
Our Sandwich and Acworth projects are being supported by federal grants the towns received to expand broadband access to their communities. We are thrilled to be working closely with our community partners who made these projects possible.
Our goal is to complete these projects and provide service to these communities in early to mid 2022.
